Traditional Prints

I’ve partnered with one of America’s top professional photo labs–a company I’ve used for gallery prints for more than 12 years–to offer traditional prints through this website. Traditional prints are made with archival photographic papers using a chemical process and come in select sizes. I offer three types of papers:

  • Kodak Endura Professional lustre finish
  • Fuji Crystal Archive Professional deep matte finish
  • Kodak Professional Supra Endura VC metallic finish

Displayed prints can last 100 years or more, or 200 years or more in dark storage. You can also choose metal prints for a modern display, prints mounted on styrene, or standout prints, which don’t require a mat or frame and arrive ready to hang on your wall.

Giclée Prints

The word giclée refers to a sprayed printing process. In other words, giclée prints are made with inkjet printers. This process has gained tremendous popularity since its invention in the 1990s and has evolved to meet archival standards. I offer giclée prints through Fine Art America, a company founded in 2006. With proper care, displayed giclée prints can last up to 75 years. Through Fine Art America I offer:

  • Standard prints
  • Prints on specialty papers, such as Somerset Velvet
  • Prints on wood
  • Prints on metal
  • Acrylic prints
  • Canvas prints

Fine Art America has 14 fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Choose from a variety of top-quality custom frames, or buy individual prints, which you can take to your local frame shop.

When I arrived in Colombia in 2010, I never imagined I would never leave. In the last seven years, I’ve traveled throughout this beautiful and intriguing country for work and pleasure. My Colombia: The First Seven Years contains a collection of 67 photographs I’ve taken in exotic locations such as Cartagena and Taganga, the high desert of Villa de Leyva, the heart of the Coffee Triangle, and more traditional locales, like my sleepy little town in Tolima.

In 2008 I traveled to Peru for a three month vacation. Intrigued by Peru’s deep-rooted culture, I decided to stay. For the next year, with camera in tow, I explored the ruins of the Inca Empire. Ruins: A Photographic Exploration of the Inca Empire is the result of my work.
